Ticket Policies & FAQs

Please review the WichitaTix ticket policies before purchasing. These guidelines apply to events at Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center and our partner venues.

All Sales Are Final

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless an event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the face value of your ticket will be refunded.

Delivery of Tickets

  • Print-at-home / e-ticket: available immediately after purchase.
  • Will Call: pick up at the venue box office with a photo ID and the credit card used for purchase.
  • Mail: orders placed well in advance may be mailed to the address on file.

Service Charges

A per-ticket service fee and a per-order handling fee may apply. All charges are displayed before you confirm your order.

Children & Lap Tickets

Unless an event is specifically advertised as a free children's event, every attendee — regardless of age — requires a ticket.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I pick up Will Call tickets? At the box office of the venue hosting the event. Bring the purchasing credit card and a matching photo ID.

Can I choose my own seats? Reserved-seating events allow you to select available seats on the seating chart at checkout. General-admission events are first come, first served.

What if I lose my tickets? Contact the venue box office; lost tickets can usually be reprinted from your order record.
