Renew your Broadway In Wichita season tickets online!

  1. To log in to your online account, click the My Account tab located in the menu bar. If you don't know your password, click the Forgot Password link or call the box office at 316-303-8100, option #3. If you do not have a username and password, it is possible that you don't have online access yet, but we can add that for you! Give us a call.
  2. On the left-hand side of the page, you will notice the number 1 in a blue circle next to the Offers tab. Click Offers.
  3. You can click the link that says Broadway Is Back In Wichita Renewal to view your seats and show dates/times and then click Add to Order or just click Add to Order from the first page. If you have more than 1 offer in your account, your season tickets were previously on separate orders. If you wish to renew all of them, please click Add to Order for one then click My Account, click Offers, then Add to Order for the other(s).
  4. If you wish to purchase tickets to The Simon & Garfunkel Story or Stomp as an add-on performance, select the performance from the pop-up. To choose specific seats from the map, click the Select Your Own Seats link (in smaller print next to Best Seat Available). Choose your seats from the map and then click the blue Add to Order button. If you do not wish to purchase The Simon & Garfunkel Story or Stomp, click the Close button or the X at the upper right corner of the pop-up.
  5. Click the Continue button at the bottom of your Shopping Cart screen.
  6. If you wish to make a donation to Staging the Future, enter the amount in the text box in the pop-up and click Make Donation. Otherwise, click No Thanks or the X button. Click the Continue button at the bottom of your Shopping Cart screen.
  7. Make sure your address is correct. Please update if necessary.
  8. If you would like to request an upgrade or change of any kind, please type your request in the large text box below your billing/shipping information. Be as specific as you can (do you want to move forward or back, more center or need an aisle, add/reduce seats, change nights, if you are willing to pay to move into the next section forward, etc.)! If you do not wish to make a change, please leave this field blank. We anticipate fulfilling upgrade requests sometime this summer.
  9. Select the Season Ticket Delivery method. Your tickets will arrive later this summer. Click the Continue button toward the bottom right of the screen.
  10. If you would like to opt-in to the Automatic Charge Renewal Program, click Accept. A WichitaTIX staff member will follow up with you in a few days to securely save your card number to your account so we can use it to renew you each year. If you do not wish to opt-in, please click Decline.
  11. If you would like to participate in our Payment Plan (2 or 3 monthly payments, depending on the date of your renewal), click Select Plan. If you would prefer to pay in full, click Skip Payment Plans.
  12. Select MasterCard or Visa then fill in your card information.
  13. Click the Buy button at the bottom right of the screen! You will receive a confirmation email once the order finishes processing!
