Exchange your Broadway In Wichita season tickets online!
To log in to your online account, click the My Account tab located in the menu bar. Your username should be your email address. If you don't know your password, click the Forgot Password link or call the box office at 316-303-8100, option #3. We are happy to help you get logged in!
From the Account Home page, click “My Events and Tickets”
Scroll down and click the Exchange tab
Performances are sorted by month. Click the month of the show you want to exchange or swap and then click the show/date.
Check the boxes next to each ticket you want to exchange/swap.
Note some exceptions:
If you have tickets to the same show on more than one order, each order must be exchanged separately. If this is the case, some seats will gray out when you start to check boxes.
Only season tickets may be exchanged. If you have any additional tickets, those may not be exchanged. You will see those seats grayed out.
You will be presented with a list of performances you may exchange or swap into. Click Select next to the one you want.
You will see a seating chart and a pricing guide that shows the price difference in the tickets (if there is one). Click the arrows in gray circles if you want to change sections.
Click the seats you want.
Accept the Terms and Conditions of the new performance.
You will now see an overview of the exchange: the show/seats you are leaving, the show/seats you are entering, any upcharges, exchange fee, and total amount due.
Select Digital Ticket as the Delivery Method. (If exchanging The Lion King, select Delayed Delivery. New tickets to The Lion King will be issued closer to the end of 2021.)
Select a Payment Method and enter your card info.
Click Confirm and then Accept the order Terms and Conditions.
You will see a confirmation screen when the exchange is complete.
You can review your new tickets later by visiting My Account > My Events and Tickets again.
